Akimat of the region of Ulytau together with JSC “Social and entrepreneurial Corporation “Ulytau” is working on the creation of the industrial zone “Ulytau”.
An industrial zone is a territory created by the state for private business entities in order to locate their production facilities (in the field of agriculture, heavy and manufacturing industries, logistics, waste management, etc.).
The industrial zone is planned to be located in the area of the Zhezkazgan Mill Complex and will be provided with the necessary infrastructure (electricity, water supply, sewerage, gas, Internet and telephony, as well as railway tracks and a dead end).
Advantages of the industrial zone:
– ready-made engineering and communication infrastructure (ICI);
– exemption from payment of land tax;
– the possibility of buying a land plot at cadastral value, after commissioning;
– the possibility of obtaining preferences from the state within the framework of investment contracts.
If you are interested in implementing projects to launch new and expand existing production facilities in the industrial zone, we suggest submitting an application for reserving the area and capacity of the ICI.
